@dsmiley , we could move the
[toDocumentsIter](https://github.com/apache/lucene-solr/pull/385/files/4407c73c4b893bbcc64f3f720bec2dd6dbf05cb3#diff-ebdc4ecf6a2398f102ba7fae37648d10R991)
to AddUpdateCommand, thus limiting the use of DocumentBuilder to
AddUpdateCommand, as per the previous commits.
