The autoAddReplicas does on
[http://lucene.apache.org/solr/guide/collections-api.html] reads
"When set to true, enables automatic addition of replicas on shared file
systems (such as HDFS) only... "
After the autoscaling autoAddReplicas feature this is no longer true and is
more widely supported. We should fix the docs for it as well
