The above reported {{solr.search.TestStandardQParsers}} and
{{solr.search.QueryEqualityTest}} failures were genuine -- I have not yet
checked about the non-solr.search ones.
Attached revised patch, note that the addition of the deprecated
{{SignificantTermsQParserPlugin.OLD_NAME}} constant will make it easy to remove
the "for Solr 7.x backcompat only" code portions.
