When I first wrote the How to Publish the Ref Guide docs
({{solr/solr-ref-guide/meta-docs/publish.adoc}} I assumed that PDF and HTML
versions would be built & released separately. That's not the case - I always
do them at the same time, but I rely on the docs for each step and find myself
having to jump back and forth across the page.
This will merge the separate PDF and HTML sections into a single seamless
process that covers both versions.
