I was wrong about the status being reported incorrectly. Actually the test was
logging the status as COMPLETE instead of the actual status.
I've pushed fixes and removed the badapple annotation to the branch
{{jira/solr-12607}}. I am beasting this test now and will commit once tests
finish successfully.
