Cassandra Targett resolved SOLR-12758.

Resolution: Invalid
Our Jira system is not a support portal. Instead, you should discuss your
problem on the solr-user mailing list (see
https://lucene.apache.org/solr/community.html#mailing-lists-irc for
subscription information). If a bug is found, you'll be encouraged to create a
new issue at that time.
When you ask your question on the mailing list, please be sure to include more
information than you've provided here, such as the version of Solr you're
using, how you started Solr, how you created a collection, as well as full
output of log files (see
https://lucene.apache.org/solr/guide/installing-solr.html#installing-solr for
information about Solr's directory layout and where to find log files).
