Ah, okay, no problem.
I'm not super familiar with how the ref guide works - I thought it must be
Asciidoc and then publish a current working version to cwiki and you could just
dupe that approach. Before assumed that was the case, I was going to mention
publishing to cwiki would be cool but probably not necessary.
Even if we can't publish to a site at all, it's docs for people really
developing for Solr - it would not be the worst to be a local thing. Sounds
like GitHub will offer something very lower barrier for online, so that sounds
promising.
