Both V1 and V2 versions of CREATEALIAS api commands need to:
# Accept 'category' as a value for router.name
# Accept *router.maxCardinality* to place a limit on the total number of
collections that can be created (maybe required?) - must be an integer
# Accept *router.mustMatch* to provide pattern matching for valid data and
reject requests that would create an undesired collection (optional) - must be
a valid regular expression
