Interestingly, the Solr test policy (in contrast to Lucene's) allows read
access everywhere: first line with "<<<ALL FILES>>>"
I am currently not know what's going on. I'd like to help, but I am veeeeery
busy because I have to fly to FOSDEM conference tomorrow and before that have a
phone conference, so I have to sleep.
The only thing you can do is to try to debug it by setting a breakpoint
there....
