I was never able to figure out why locally "ant run-maven-build
-DskipTests=true" fails but on my local jenkins I was finally able to get it to
work.

The job failed due to forbiddenapi pattern not being updated in
pom.xml.template. Fixing with commit shortly. Confirmed that Maven build is now
successful with this change.
