The buildAndPushRelease.py script does some checking to ensure that a release
manager's GPG key is in the apache lucene KEYS file. Most 40-byte keys are in
a format containing spaces between each 4-byte word, but some are listed as 40
contiguous bytes. The build script should accept these keys as well.
