We can't release Solr 7.7 with this breaking change. SOLR-13249 and SOLR-13255
and large back compat break for update processors with no mention.
This difference between single node and cloud has to be addressed, the
getString bug needs to be addressed, the breaking change for update processors
needs to be addressed.
