I like "stop advertising them in the examples". I'd rather people do things the
preferred way (df & q.op params) and not see these in the schema and think,
"oh, I'll set them here".
RE Similary: Ok; I didn't know they were per-field in trunk. It makes sense
to keep them here then.
If I make a patch complying with how you want this to work, will you commit it?
