Description: The jdbc Streaming Expression currently uses the default JDBC
fetch size set in the driver. For performance reasons on bulk reads this should
be set to a reasonably large default inside the jdbc Streaming Expression and
be a parameter for the expression. (was: The jdbc Streaming Expression
