I have seen the maven issue, too (a while back). It looks like for some legal
reasons they removed some artifacts from Maven central which are already in
your repository. The easiest is to delete the whole local repository... but
then it downloads everythinga agin. If this takes too long for you, just clean
up from the ~/.m2 cache folders.
