I was thinking to link to closer script, since "Download" means the PDF
release. But more user friendly with a link to /guide.
Btw. The /solr/guide page has a link to
[https://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi/lucene/solr/ref-guide] but it is very
hard to users to perform the SHA / PGP verification from that link, since they
will have to know how to navigate to archive to find the sha512 and asc files
etc. It's of course not that important for the ref-guide as for code, but what
do you think about linking to the PDF alongside asc and sha files on the
download page just as for the other artifacts? Then the /solr/guide page could
instead link to the /solr/downloads.html page...
