Yeah, so many people spell Erik incorrectly :)

Welcome, Mr. Pugh!   long overdue committership here.  it's been a long, 
interesting adventure to this point with Eric's open source, and Lucene/Solr 
involvements and contributions.  I'm glad you're here, mi amigo!
