Anyone familiar with how the lucene snapshot builds <http://repository.apache.org/content/groups/snapshots/org/apache/lucene/> are generated on repository.apache.org? Are they auto published somehow or manually published? Looks like the artifacts include timestamp and build identifier but all the modules seem to be built at different times and are not consistent with each other (e.g., lucene-core-9.0.0 <https://repository.apache.org/content/groups/snapshots/org/apache/lucene/lucene-core/9.0.0-SNAPSHOT/> snapshot was recently published, but lucene-spatial-9.0.0 <https://repository.apache.org/content/groups/snapshots/org/apache/lucene/lucene-spatial/9.0.0-SNAPSHOT/> snapshot was last built Dec 12, 2019).
