What is the sync rate between svn and git

How often does a sync between the following two occur?

https://github.com/apache/lucene-solr
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/lucene/dev/trunk

Upon a shallow inspection I would say they are at least 1 day apart, am I
correct?
