A thought on this problem - I have a workaround which involves separate facet
queries for the grouped facets using a different sort (so matching grouped
records are always first in the group if available).
I don't know how this works internally, but might it be possible to add a sort
to the facet query? Like: {{
facet.query={!sort=Monitor_ID+asc}Monitor_ID:[1+TO+9999] }}
?
