Thanks Martijn. One thing I noticed is that the 'post-group-faceting' is active
in both cases when group.facet parameter is TRUE and also when FALSE. As long
as the Group=TRUE parameter is present, post-group-faceting becomes active,
even when the group.facet parameter is not specified. Is this behaviour as
expected, or am I missing something?
