We are using LuceneTestCase to tests lucene spatial code. When the
Lucene3x codec is selected, it fails. It looks like the format is
always Lucene 4.0 -- does it make sense to use 4x format with
codec=3x?
This is using the most recent trunk artifacts from jenkins.
