Attached initial patch for 3x branch.
* I replaced the BytesRefHash with a Set for now. FC in 3x is String based.
* TermsQuery doesn't seek, but does a binary search to find the index in the
String[] (created from the Set).... Not ideal. So we need some seeking.
I ran some quick tests and performance is 3 till 4 times worse then the
JoinUtil committed to trunk.
