Like i said, it wont satisfy everyone. Lots of people are going to want ranking
thats way more complex than just a cost matrix anyway,
e.g. works on context, or phonemes, or other things.
So i think its good to just plug in the re-ranking so people can write whatever
StringDistance they want and call it a day.
Personally i dont think context-free single-character cost-matrixes really help
myself, feel free to show me evidence they do :)
