the contrib/dataimporthandler contains .jsp files which are copied to the main
.war file using the
["add-to-war"|http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/lucene/dev/trunk/solr/contrib/contrib-build.xml?view=markup#L34]
target of solr/contrib/contrib-build.xml
I guess the build-target is still okay, since it may be needed that additional
files are deployed to the admin-area.
