If you're going to have a jetty directory, it'd be pretty easy to have a
'tomcat' one also. The use would have to download and unpack Tomcat, point
CATALINA_HOME at the Tomcat distribution, and CATALINA_BASE to this new
'tomcat' directory, and then they'd have a running Solr in Tomcat.
Just a thought.
