prototype patch for the lucene core.
You dont need to do anything special for this patch to work: 'ant test' etc
works as usual (though only for lucene-core!!!)
i nuked all the libs in lucene/lib/ (junit, ant, ant-junit).
These are instead dependencies of the test-framework.
I have no idea what uses this maven-ant-tasks.jar thats still there, or where
to fetch it from, but maybe Steve knows :)
