I added another regex to the non-Maven Jenkins jobs' "Editable Email
Notification"/"Default Content" configuration to capture missing sha1 files
from 'ant validate':
${BUILD_LOG_REGEX,regex="[ \\t]\\[licenses\\] MISSING
sha1",linesBefore=2,linesAfter=1}
