reviewing the fail now (sorry, mobile phone!) I think we should add an
exception for the changes link here? in general we don't want to allow links to
svn.apache.org<http://svn.apache.org> (yes, I corrected a few bogus ones!), but
this is ok, particularly since its against a tag
