Attachment: SOLR-3304_Solr_fields_for_Lucene_spatial_module (fieldName in
Strategy).patch
Attached is a new patch which assumes LUCENE-4188 (Strategy doesn't store
shapes, and puts fieldName in Strategy) and LUCENE-4192 (no single
createField()).
