not really.
What is the user actaully doing? what features of solr are being
excercised?
You said this happens using 4.0.0-ALPHA and the included jetty, but you
haven't said what the configs look like -- is this with the stock example,
or were config changes made?
you said "posting to solr" but you haven't said which handler the data is
being posted to.
you said solr complains but you havne't given us the actaul error message
-- presumably if there is an error there should also be a stack trace in
the logs, that would be helpful to see WTF is going on as well.
