Michael McCandless updated LUCENE-3892 Add a useful intblock postings format (eg, FOR, PFOR, PFORDelta, Simple9/16/64, etc.) I tried changing the generated bulk decode methods to re-use variables so we have much fewer local variables required (patch attached), but on quick testing it didn't seem to make much difference in performance.
