I hacked this up a little bit for lucene/ to try to use the maven-ant-tasks 
fileset as Uwe suggested.

It doesn't totally work: it seems to only be looking at lucene-core but not 
working 'recursively' on all the lucene modules.

I didnt touch solr yet.
