Jacek Plebanek updated SOLR-3801:
---------------------------------

    Description:
Component used to rank collections (shards) according to search query string
(or/and other factors). Typically it will use collections representation or
special queries to indexes to predict which of them will return most relevant
results.

This component would be usefull also standalone (outside of Federated Search
process).

Any suggestions welcome!
