This has blown my IDE (intellij) out of the water (along with the codec moves,
but I hacked that to work by adding a circular dependency).
I've been hacking on things trying to get it to work for some time... still not
quite there.
If I'm the only intellij user left, I guess I should go back to just
maintaining my own simple config again since it seems like I'm getting blown
out of the water every other week or so.
