Attachment: LUCENE-4389 Support dateline for TwoDoubles.patch
This patch includes the dateline fix but some other code that I'll remove or
change in makeFilter() -- it doesn't compile. I really need to see LUCENE-4208
fixed first. Then I can also add tests or enable existing tests to use this
one.
