OK it's TestPackedInts.testIntOveflow: {{ant test -Dtestcase=TestPackedInts
-Dtests.seed=28D1C0449657C3B6 -Dargs="-XX:+HeapDumpOnOutOfMemoryError
-XX:HeapDumpPath=/home/mike"}} creates the heap dump every time.
Maybe we should @Ignore this test? I'm not sure it ever runs if when run in
isolation it's hitting OOME...
