Just one comment, sampling benefits from this two pass, because that way we can
guarantee a minimum sample set size. Maybe there's way to achieve that with
in-collection aggregation too, but noting it here so that it's in our minds.
See my comment on LUCENE-4598, the bitset may not be that small :).
