Udpated patch. CommonParams.QT_PATHONLY is a string parameter that if set to
CommonParams.TRUE, will result in the URL path changing but all evidence of QT
and QT_PATHONLY being removed from the final parameters. There is already
precedent for the way I solved this in HttpSolrServer. This patch fixes the
problem I'm having on SOLR-4194 as well.
