* Made createFields() non-final.
* Clarified helpful exception string for getSortField()
* Use Guava for the field name -> Strategy cache
* Refactored all calls to ctx.readShape(str) to a protected method
stringToShape(String) : Shape.
I intend to commit this within a few days if there are no objections.
