This is very compelling because you also do not need to do the rollup in the 
end, so you get the gains of NO_PARENTS without the cost (end rollup), so even 
for indices w/ many unique ords there's no penalty.

I also suspect this is common ... ie most faceted search UIs I've seen do not 
include the dim facet count, just the values under that dim.
