Hmmm, I have no idea why Eclipse didn't like the patch, I just generated it
with svn diff. But it I'm guessing you have it applied anyway.
Sounds like we should raise a new JIRA about the deadlock issue, so I raised
SOLR-4400 since it doesn't look like it's related to this particular patch...
Certainly SOLR-1028 made the stress test possible so we're seeing it.
NOTE: I'm pretty sure this applies to 4x too, I'm running that test now, will
record it in SOLR-4400
