I can make that test pass again shortly if I cannot figure it out (by making it 
not a hard error if it can't delete the tlog - dangerous, but no different than 
it was a few days ago) - I'm leaving for a day and a half shortly - there seems 
to be some kind of leak I think though. The CoreContainer was just shutdown and 
is being started back up, and so nothing should be refing those tlog files.
