The commit tag bot just went nuts. I suspect it's the load of jenkins and how long it can take to update and the fact that it runs every two minutes. I think the pressure must have gotten to it.
It could probably use some work so that it won't overlap runs - just hasn't been a problem for months, so nothing I was concerned about.
