For bug SOLR-4210. remoteQuery() have some issue in tomcat. it's ok in jetty
but not work in tomcat(maybe some more web server) cause the
IOUtils.closeQuietly(os) wouldn't flush before close the stream in
org.apache.catalina.connector.CoyoteOutputStream. this lead a "Bogus chunk
size" error cause the transfer-encoding is chunked and also the
"Content-Length" was set to non "-1"
