When executing the zkcli script from the 4.3.0 release, a log4j error message
is displayed about no appenders, because there is no log4j configuration. As a
result of this problem, none of the normal zkcli stuff gets logged.
A minimal config needs to be present so that it behaves like it did before the
logging change.
