Note that in the new solr.xml format which will be default in Solr4.4, there is
already a {{<str name="lib">/my/path</str>}} element defined. However, I'd like
it to be {{<lib>}} as in solrconfig.xml and accept multiple entries so you can
have more than one sharedLib folder.
