See SOLR-4886 for more background, but the gist of the problem...
* confluence PDF exporting has problems with RTL languages (ie: Arabic & Hindi)
and other problems with some char->glyph conversion.
* since our "official" published version of these docs is going to be PDF, we
need to ensure it looks right there -- we can't just have a caveat that they
need to view the original wiki in a browser to see the examples correctly
* we need to update the non-latin language sections to either remove the
problematic examples, or switch them to use image attachments (perhaps
screenshots of the (admin UI analysis tool)
