When using facet.threads=1000 I am not seeing any better performance.
1. Does it work on facet.query as well as facet.field?
2. If I only have 1 facet.field - adding threads will it do anything?
3. Will it help more on multiple facet.field?
4. Does it help with facet.method=fc/fcs/ or enum?
