I still think it's what I'm referring too - the start time has not changed due
to this core reload and it happening in the same thread or something along
those lines - my memory is fuzzy, but it applies to doTestStressReplication.
Hopefully Hossman remembers better than me or is willing to exercise his better
research skills.
I think the doTestReplicateAfterCoreReload fails are probably something else
and a coincidence on the name.
